Community APPRECIATION Day
at Union Creek Campground!
Free Camping, BBQ, fun
While there is still work to be done, Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort invites its local community to come up and check out the improved Union Creek Campground at Phillips Reservoir. On Saturday, May 5th, ALMR will offer FREE camping, and enjoyment of this fabulous Baker County campground. Ours crews will still be busy preparing for opening on May 11th, but come out and relax. No need to lift a finger, just enjoy!
ALMR has worked to clean up the campground, uncovering the overgrown day-use areas, tidying up camp sites, painting, and general area maintenance. Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort, LLC., a 501c3 nonprofit organization, is the new concessionaire for a handful of area campgrounds and seasonal cabin rental facilities, including Union Creek Campground. As a community-oriented organization, ALMR wants to provide local community members the opportunity to enjoy this gorgeous facility before it opens for the camping season.
ALMR will offer free camping on May 5th and will be BBQ’ing at 6pm that evening. The boat launch and updated dock will be open for use for those itching to get out on the water.
As new concessionaires, ALMR is proud to offer this gem to locals and visitors. ALMR reminds locals that the day-use area, boat launch, and updated docks are all available for $5/day throughout the normal campground operating season.
Don’t miss the Community APPRECIATION Day at Union Creek Campground, Saturday, May 5th. There will be free camping, a BBQ, and fun times!
