Anthony Lakes would like to introduce our new food and beverage manager. Mark Eastland is a long time Baker resident, even graduated from Baker High School. Mark then went on to earn his Bachelors in Business at Southern Oregon State then continued on to graduate from the Culinary Institure of America in New York. We are pleased to have Mark with us and are excited for the 2011-2012 season.

- Oregon Country Beef will be the hamburger patties
- Homemade soups and chili - all fresh ingredients
- Pizza by the slice in both the Cafe and Saloon
- Hot grill panninis in the Cafe
- A 'Grab-n-Go' salad bar and wrap area
