  Congratulations to all of this years' 3-D Bowshoot participants!  Thanks again to the ElkHorn Archers, LaGrande Bowman and all the co-sponsors for another great event!

*Road reconstruct currently taking place on ski area road (FS 73).  Contact the Wallowa Whittman for further details...(expect traffic delays).  This project includes slope stabilization,culvert replacement, asphalt re-surfacing and erosion control. The Elkhorn Scenic Drive is a part of this road and forms a 106 mile loop that begins in Baker City and winds through Sumpter, Granite and Haines. The by-way is often closed by snow until July 4th between Anthony Lakes and Granite.

Transportation from the Geiser Grand(7a.m.), then Little Pig, then Haines Store with Community Connections ...is on  Sundays this season to help accomodate the 5th and 6th graders. 

FREE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT FROM UNION COUNTY!   Legacy Ford, Lagrande - continues this season with their skier Transport from the Island City Location.  Transport leaves at 7 A.M. on Sundays.  Sign up at their service desk during the week!
